With over 25 years of leadership across governance, HR, compliance, and commercial strategy, I bring a unique blend of experience and vision to board roles. As a Director of Lifesaving Victoria (LSV), the largest volunteer and emergency services organisation in Victoria, I’ve navigated complex challenges, driving organisational success across compliance, HR, and commercial opportunities. I also co-chaired the Future Governance Working Group, steering constitutional reform to future-proof the organisation.

My deep understanding of recruitment  and HR is built on decades of consulting with global enterprises, founding innovative businesses like Talentflexx and Recstra, and co-creating the industry-leading podcast TaPod, Australia’s premier HR and talent podcast. I am adept in commercial strategy and recognising markets, solutions and products that resonate with the Talent Industry. I am in the unique position of speaking with Industry Experts every single day. I was recently named a Global Top 100 Most Influential TA Thought Leaders by TA Tech and have spoken at International TA Conferences. I also consult to TA teams on the use of AI in the recruitment Process.

I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and hold a Master of Professional Education and Training. My approach is rooted in transparency, collaboration, and strategic insight, honed by my work with multi-stakeholder groups, including the TA vendor community, presidents of 57 Lifesaving Victoria clubs and community-focused organisations. I also coach within the AFL system, working with elite AFL talent as they launch their professional careers.

A proven communicator and strategist, I thrive in aligning operational goals with long-term impact. I am now seeking opportunities to contribute my expertise in a Board of Directors Role in HRTech, recruitment technology, or recruitment agencies—fields where innovation meets human connection.
